One of those occasions when things aren't so highly contrasting, or would they say they are? An or B, apples or bananas, don't eat this and eat a greater amount of that. Things aren't generally as straightforward as they appear and some of the time it's difficult to settle on even the least complex decision. Can't settle on chocolate or vanilla, similar to a child remaining at the frozen yogurt shop and after that, you are acquainted with the twirl! You can have them both! I was having one of those mornings where I couldn't choose what I needed so I would have them both! Simply completing an exercise that wasn't too serious I was bantering between two of my preferred protein powders also… so again I did both! Obviously my most youthful came running when she heard the Vitamix and mentioned one too and as I was beginning hers her sister additionally chosen she needed one so we made a couple of, an adaptation of every chocolate and vanilla with and without protein powder and since they preferred them all, the protein ones all the more thus, I did cream for every one of them too one getting the vanilla protein with none chocolate protein and the other with chocolate protein and vanilla non protein.
Ingredients:
1/2-2 c coconut milk, or none dairy milk of decision (utilized 1/some So Delicious Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk)
2 solidified bananas, lumps
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder (Vega Protein Smoothie Choc-A-Lot)*
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (Vega Protein Smoothie Viva Vanilla)*
Or then again
1/2 tsp vanilla concentrate
2 TBSP cacao powder
